This creation is a remarkable blend of artistry and functionality, harmoniously integrated into the restoration of an old heritage bungalow in Pune. The architects' vision was to infuse contemporary urban design with a touch of Indian heritage in the living space. Collaborating with the skilled artisans at Hive Home, they conceived a captivating 12 ft. diameter brass and hand-blown glass circular light fixture. This radiant centrepiece was strategically positioned to illuminate the entire area. Overcoming the challenge of suspending the ring-shaped light to appear weightlessly integrated within the ceiling, all while maintaining a flawless circular form despite the presence of a wall, was an achievement. The meticulous selection of diverse glass forms, each in distinctive shades such as crackled gold, lustre brown, earthen amber, grey, yellow and clear, contributes to the fixture's multidimensional allure. Through meticulous planning and ingenious engineering, this creation enhances the visual appeal of the space. Size of the installation: 12 feet
