3.1. Hive Home enables the sale of various lighting products. Shipping for all the products on the website shall be per the company’s policy, which may be changed by Hive Home
3.2. In case you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@hivehome.in within 48 hours. Damage will be assessed, and a solution will be offered, including replacement or other corrective measures.
3.3. If a product is out of stock, our Customer Service Team will notify you, and a refund will be initiated. Refunds for paid orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 21 working days. No refunds are issued for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
